Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable outfits.
- Assist customers with styling, fittings, and product selection.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain VM (Visual Merchandising) standards and store presentation.
- Manage billing support, stock replenishment, and inventory coordination.
- Handle customer queries and after-sales service professionally.
- Stay updated with new collections, fabrics, and fashion trends.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in women’s ethnic wear retail.
- Experience in premium fashion boutiques is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong selling and styling ability.
- Positive attitude, grooming, and customer-first approach.
- Basic computer/POS billing knowledge is an advantage.
