Faresplanet Travel Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Team Leader - US Travel Sales to lead and manage a high-performing sales team. We are looking for a motivated leader with a strong background in the US travel industry and a proven ability to drive sales results.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of US Travel Sales Executives.
- Achieve team sales targets and ensure high productivity.
- Monitor KPIs, call quality, and team performance.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing sales.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in US Travel Sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.




- Comfortable working on the US Night Shift.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
