Position: Project Manager - Fabrication & Structural Works

Reporting to Directors

Job Location:
- Surat ( Workshop )
- site-based
- Multiple sites

Role Summary:
Responsible for complete execution of fabrication and structural erection projects, ensuring timely delivery with quality, safety, and cost control. Coordination across fabrication shop, vendors, and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare project schedule, manpower plan, and execution strategy.
- Coordinate drawings, BOQ, revisions, RFIs with engineering/consultant.
- Supervise fabrication processes: cutting, fit-up, welding, blasting, painting.
- Ensure site erection safety: lifting plans, crane coordination, rigging methods.
- Control materials, manpower, subcontractors.
- Plan Contractor site allocation.
- Prepare Project cost estimation.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, MOMs, and client updates.




- Billing, measurements, variation claims, and final documentation.
- Manage workforce allocation, material planning, and cost control.
- Provide Technical Guidance on Fabrication Structure.

Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Mech/Civil/Production.
- 5-10 yrs in fabrication & erection projects.
- Solid knowledge of QA/QC, drawings, welding, site safety.

Travel Requirement:
- Site Travel required
- Workshop exposure
- Overtime if required

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
