Job Title: ITI Mechanical Technician

Department: Maintenance / Engineering

Job Location: Plant / Factory

Reporting To: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:
The ITI Mechanical Technician is responsible for mechanical maintenance, machine servicing, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of plant machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
- Attend mechanical faults and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain machinery, gearboxes, motors, conveyors, pumps, and equipment.
- Carry out machine installation, fitting, and repair work.
- Identify mechanical issues and take corrective actions.
- Support production team for smooth machine operations.
- Maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Follow safety procedures and company SOPs.
- Ensure proper use of tools and equipment.




- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the maintenance area.

Required Qualification:
- ITI Mechanical (Fitter / Machinist / Maintenance)

Experience:
- 1 to 3 years experience in plant maintenance preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.

Required Skills:
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting knowledge
- Knowledge of machine parts and tools
- Preventive maintenance understanding
- Fitting and repair skills
- Teamwork and problem-solving ability
- Safety awareness
