Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound customer calls

Follow up on pending EMI/payment dues

Maintain collection records and recovery status

Achieve daily and monthly targets

Resolve customer queries professionally

Eligibility:
12th Pass / Graduate

Positive Communication Skills in Hindi & Basic English

Basic Computer Knowledge

Experience in Collection / Recovery / BPO will be an added advantage
