Role: Strategic Partnership Manager - Influencer Marketing

What you’ll do:
- Identify and onboard strategic business partners, including agencies, PR firms, talent networks, and platforms to expand Salt Buzz’s influencer marketing offerings.
- Build solid, mutually beneficial alliances that unlock new client opportunities across industries like fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, tech, healthcare, and hospitality.
- Create joint go-to-market plans with partners for influencer campaigns and brand collaborations.
- Negotiate partnership structures — from referral models to revenue-sharing and co-branded campaign executions.
- Coordinate with internal influencer and strategy teams to align partnership opportunities with ongoing campaigns.
- Track, measure,



and report the performance impact of partnerships using analytics tools — focusing on pipeline growth, conversions, and campaign ROI.
- Stay ahead of influencer marketing and partnership trends to identify emerging collaboration opportunities.
- Represent Salt Buzz in networking events, industry forums, and partnership meetings to strengthen visibility and credibility in the influencer ecosystem.

What you’ll bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, business alliances, or growth partnerships.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator networks, and digital trends.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience with influencer analytics platforms (like Upfluence, CreatorIQ, or HypeAuditor) is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 p
