Develop creative content strategies, write compelling copy, and ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity, marketing objectives, and target audience.
- Utilize AI-powered content creation tools to enhance content research, ideation, writing, editing, and overall productivity.
- Design visually appealing creatives and edit videos using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar software.
- Confidently appear in promotional videos, reels, product demonstrations, interviews, and brand campaigns, serving as an on-camera presenter or spokesperson whenever required.
- Possess excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently explain products, services, training programs,



and company initiatives through video content and live promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, Business Development, and Technical teams to create impactful campaigns, employer branding content, client success stories, and promotional materials while following SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, content marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging digital platforms, continuously contributing cutting-edge ideas to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
