Generate current customers through outbound calling, referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Advise clients on Motor, Health, Term, Travel, and Business Insurance.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure timely renewals.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Confident speaking with customers over phone and in person.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Experience in sales, banking, insurance, telecom, or financial services is mandatory.

Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000-30,000 per month (depending on experience)
