Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Recent Product Development (NPD) initiatives within the Defense - STG segment, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and defense industry standards.
- Develop and implement advanced process control methodologies to optimize production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in stainless steel manufacturing.
- Collaborate with R&D;, engineering, and quality assurance teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in product design and manufacturing processes.
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of defense-specific metallurgical products and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant defense regulations, industry standards, and internal quality management systems.
- Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to enhance product reliability and process stability.




- Drive stakeholder engagement across internal departments and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and project alignment.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and defense clients.Heat Treatment & Process Optimization
- Establish and monitor heat treatment cycles and metallurgical parameters.
- Improve hardness, toughness, strength, ductility, and grain structure through process optimization.Reduce rejection, rework, and process variation.-
