Lead overall site planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and budget.
- Review drawings, method statements, and construction methodologies.
- Manage subcontractors, approve RA bills, and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8-15 years of experience in industrial/commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of RCC works, structural construction, and site management.




- Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and ERP/site management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling large site teams and multiple subcontractors.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in PESO/explosive facility projects is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of system formwork (Doka, PERI, Paschal, RMD, etc.).
- Positive understanding of IS Codes, QA/QC, safety standards, and cost control.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
