- Job Title - Financial Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis and Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain annual budget, monthly forecast and variance analysis process of business.
- Support to prepare and deliver the monthly management reporting package with detailed comments on performance trends and opportunities.
- Support to build and refine financial models, dashboards and performance KPIs tailored to each revenue stream and stakeholders’ requirements.
- Able to collaborate with business and sales teams to gather input and validate financial assumptions.
- Headcount reporting and monitoring the resources against time and efforts to ensure resource utilization is monitored.
- Timesheet follow-up for all employees to ensure 100% timesheet compliance.




- Support to maintain and track client/vendor SOW’s, PO and CR’s to ensure smooth support for the ongoing operations.
- Prepare and coordinate with AR team for project invoices, and the accounting team for month end closing and reporting.
- Assist in metrics reporting and ad hoc financial analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA (Finance) / equivalent qualification preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in FP&A.; (SAP experience is add-on).
- Robust knowledge of revenue and cost accounting, including multi-element arrangement and project-based services.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with PowerBI tools is a plus.
- Prior exposure to senior management reporting is desirable.
- Comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
