Job Summary





Transparent Capital is looking for a highly motivated and relationship-driven Equity Shares Sourcing Manager to strengthen our sourcing network for Unlisted and Pre-IPO equity shares.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and acquire unlisted and Pre-IPO equity shares from promoters, founders, ESOP holders, startup employees, early investors, angel investors, and other shareholders.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with brokers, wealth managers, investment advisors, venture capital funds, private equity funds, family offices, merchant bankers, and other ecosystem participants.
- Build a robust sourcing network to generate high-quality deal flow in the unlisted equity market.
- Structure, negotiate, and execute secondary market transactions while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal sales, legal, operations, and compliance teams for smooth execution of transactions.
