Purchase Executive

Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience as a Purchase Executive in the engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and purchase bearings, tools, and other engineering materials from approved suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders while maintaining accurate procurement records.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the Stores and Accounts departments for material receipt, invoice verification, and payment processing.
- Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requisitions to prevent stock shortages.
- Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.




- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.
- Work with Tally Prime to manage purchase entries and related documentation.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.
- Experience in the engineering industry.
- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
