Job Description: AI-Assisted Content & Website Operations ExecutiveAbout the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Content & Website Operations Executive to support our website content production and publishing process. The role involves working with our custom GPT workflows, managing content assets, shortlisting images, and uploading content onto website pages to help accelerate the launch and scaling of our travel content platform.

This is an execution-focused role best suited for someone who is organized, comfortable using AI tools, and eager to learn website content management processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Management
- Use the company's custom GPT tools to generate, extract, organize, and save content.
- Maintain content repositories and ensure proper version control.
- Review generated content for completeness and formatting before publishing.

Image Research & Selection
- Assist in sourcing and shortlisting relevant photos based on content requirements and brand guidelines.
- Organize image libraries and maintain proper file naming conventions.




- Coordinate image selection with the content and marketing teams.

Website Content Upload
- Upload content, images, and related assets on website pages.
- Format content according to predefined templates and standards.
- Create and update pillar pages, destination pages, and tour item pages.
- Support ongoing website content publishing alongside the existing team.

Quality Assurance
- Check pages for formatting, alignment, image placement, and content accuracy.
- Ensure internal links, metadata, and page elements are properly added.
- Maintain trackers and update page completion status regularly.

Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with Priya and the content team to meet publishing targets.
- Track progress and highlight any blockers or content gaps.
- Follow SOPs and continuously improve workflow efficiency.
