Instructional Support: Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce lessons, clarify instructions, and help with assignments.
- Classroom Management: Assist the lead teacher in setting up educational materials, organizing displays, and maintaining a safe learning environment.
- Supervision: Monitor students in non-classroom settings, such as during recess, lunch, or on field trips.
- Special Needs Assistance: Provide tailored modifications and hands-on guidance to students with disabilities or specific learning challenges.
- Administrative Tasks: Take attendance, grade homework/quizzes, and track student progress under the direction of the lead teacher.
- Communication:



Observe student behavior and communicate observations/progress updates to both the lead teacher and parents.
- Patience & Empathy: Ability to remain calm and supportive, especially when dealing with challenging student behaviors or students who need extra time to grasp concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to clearly explain concepts and interact professionally with teachers and parents.
- Teamwork: Robust collaboration skills to seamlessly work alongside lead teachers and school staff.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
