Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day purchase activities for architectural and interior projects.
- Source and procure materials like furniture, hardware, fittings, finishing materials, and construction-related items.
- Float enquiries, collect quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
- Negotiate with vendors for pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain purchase records.
- Coordinate with project, design, and site teams for material requirements.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.




- Maintain vendor database and develop recent suppliers.
- Verify invoices and coordinate with accounts for payment processing.
- Track material orders and update purchase status.

Required Skills:
- 1-5 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement (Architecture, Interior, Construction industry preferred).
- Knowledge of vendor management and supplier negotiation.
- Good understanding of building materials and interior products.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems preferred

Pay: ₹10,835.09 - ₹25,275.75 per month
