Role Overview

We are looking for a agile Marketing Associate with 4-6 years of experience who can take ownership of marketing initiatives across social media, events, brand communications, content creation, advertising creatives, and marketing collateral.





This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution—someone equally comfortable coordinating a photoshoot, designing a campaign brief, planning an event, managing social media, and working with designers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management (Core Focus)
- Own and manage BeyondSkool’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and publish social media content including reels, posts, stories, carousels, and videos.
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and internal teams to create engaging content.
- Monitor engagement, audience growth, and platform performance.
- Stay updated on social media trends and identify opportunities for organic growth.

2. Events & Activations (Core Focus)
- Plan and execute school events, exhibit
