Responsibilities:
- Evaluate clinical procedures and documentation to identify areas for improvement, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Conduct compliance audits and assessments to provide continuous improvement feedback and maintain industry compliance.
- Collaborate with clinical teams, guiding them on best practices and fostering a culture of clinical excellence.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical quality data and metrics for performance evaluation and decision-making.
- Prepare and engage in client audits, including regular mock audits, ensuring preparedness and compliance.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations on quality findings, suggesting enhancement strategies.
- Assist in developing and implementing initiatives focused on enhancing quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, clinical guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation.




- Communicate quality-related issues and recommendations to stakeholders efficiently.
- Engage in quality-focused training and educational programs for continuous career development.

Qualifications:
- BDS, BAMS, BHMS, Pharm D, BSMS, BNYS, BUMS
- 0-5 years of clinical experience
- Profound knowledge of medical terminology and clinical processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for complex data handling.
- Willing to work night shifts from our office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
