Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, CRM, Telecalling, Site Executives, and support roles
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and management
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and schedule final interviews
- Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation:
- Ensure smooth employee onboarding and induction process:
- Follow up with new joiners to ensure successful joining and retention
- Support HR operations such as attendance coordination, employee records, and compliance
- Assist management with HR reporting and recruitment planning

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
