SakhiGrow is a women empowerment platform dedicated to helping women and girls build careers, develop digital skills, start businesses, and access work-from-home opportunities. Through training, entrepreneurship programs, digital services, and partnerships, SakhiGrow aims to create sustainable livelihood opportunities across India.

We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Executives who can help expand our network of learners, trainers, business partners, NGOs, educational institutions, MSMEs, and women entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate current business opportunities for SakhiGrow.
- Promote SakhiGrow's courses, work-from-home opportunities, entrepreneurship programs, and digital services.
- Build relationships with MSMEs, startups, NGOs, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), colleges, coaching institutes, training centers, and women entrepreneur communities.
- Conduct calls, virtual meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients and partners.
- Onboard trainers, mentors, referral partners, and franchise partners.




- Prepare proposals, quotations, partnership agreements, and presentations.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for successful client onboarding.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.
