Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Chief Operating Officer role based in Hyderabad. The COO will oversee daily operations across all branches, ensuring service delivery is efficient, compliant, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, optimizing processes, and establishing performance metrics to drive productivity, quality, and client satisfaction. The role will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership on business planning, geographic expansion, and new service offerings, while ensuring effective coordination between operations, legal, advisory, and technology team
