About Us

SHEOWS is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing shelter, healthcare, dignity, and compassionate care to abandoned and underprivileged senior citizens. Our old age home in Okhla, New Delhi, currently cares for more than 60 elderly residents.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day nursing care to elderly residents.
- Monitor and record vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, Oxygen Saturation, etc.).
- Administer medicines as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during medical check-ups and emergencies.
- Perform dressing, wound care, injections (if qualified), and other basic nursing procedures.
- Maintain patient records and nursing documentation.
- Assist elderly residents with daily living activities whenever required.
- Monitor the health condition of residents and report any changes immediately.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control in patient care areas.




- Coordinate with caregivers and housekeeping staff to ensure quality resident care.
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, responsible, and willing to work with senior citizens.

Preferred Skills
- Elderly care experience will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
