Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in ERP software, Excel, and company databases.
- Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, inventory, production, and customer information.




- Check data for accuracy before saving or submitting.
- Prepare reports and maintain company documents.
- Scan, file, and organize physical and digital records.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.
- Keep company data safe and confidential.
- Assist with daily administrative and office work.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation.

Qualification
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Certification in MS Office or Computer Applications is an added advantage.

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Data Entry or Office Administration.
- Freshers with good computer skills can also apply.

Required Skills:
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of ERP software is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to complete work within deadlines.
