Job Title: Sr Executive/ AM EXIM

Location: Boisar

Years of Experience: 4 to 6 years

Salary Range: 5 LPA

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
- Monitoring, supervising of day-to-day EXIM and Excise work & also looking after daily dispatches.
- Maintainingall Excise & EXIM Register’s
- Independentlyhandle and deal with the authorities (Excise & Customs)
- Preparation of pre shipment and post shipment Export and Import Documentation.
- Toeffectively liaise and co-ordinate with Banks, CHA, freight forwarders, Shipping Lines, DGFT, Custom & Excise, ECGC and any other relevant body.
- Totakecareofall applicable (EXIM /EXCISE) incentives and make sure to get them in reasonable time.
- Tokeepproperrecordandfiling of all export and import related documentation
- ToprepareMISasperstandardformat.
- Timelyfilling of EXIM duty refund under rebate claim.
- Totakecareoffilling transit insurance claim documentation
- Tocoordinatewithmarketing, purchase department for EXIM and EXCISE related work




- Responsible for daily dispatch activities in co-ordination with Logistics & Stores.
- Responsible for all EXIM procedure & documentation, duty calculation, audits & transit insurance etc.
- Exposureandknowledgeoflogistic arrangements &material; packing activities.
- AssessEXCISEDuty/Service Tax liability and ensure timely payment.
- Maintainingall EXIM & EXCISE records.

- Computer proficient-Good Negotiation & Communication Skills
- Effective & Capable to Travel to Ports and Customs / Excise Offices MeetingswithSeniorManagement:
