Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat, etc.) and macOS/iOS devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.
- Support Apple devices, including iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks, ensuring proper configuration and troubleshooting.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, antivirus updates, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution and hardware replacements.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Desktop Support or End-User Computing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS,



Red Hat, etc.).
- Valuable experience supporting Apple devices (macOS and iOS).
- Good knowledge of Windows desktop administration.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Experience with Active Directory, user account management, and remote desktop support.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, or similar.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or VMware Workspace ONE.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Bash or PowerShell) is an advantage.
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
