Job Title: Senior Manager (8–10 Years Experience)
Location: Bengaluru
Ashirvad by Aliaxis is seeking a dynamic legal professional with 8-10 years of in-house experience to join our growing legal team in Bengaluru. The person would be reporting to the Head of Legal.
Key Responsibilities
1. Litigation & Dispute Management
Lead and manage complex and high-value litigation matters across forums.
Handle intellectual property disputes, commercial disputes, and civil litigation.
Manage consumer complaints, regulatory notices, and related litigation.
Coordinate with external counsel, prepare litigation strategies, and review pleadings and submissions.
2. Regulatory & Operational Advisory
Provide legal advisory support on factory and warehouse operations and regulatory compliance.
Develop and maintain in-house subject matter expertise on Legal Metrology.
3. Real Estate & Due Diligence
Conduct land due diligence, title verification, and risk analysis.
Draft, review, and negotiate lease deeds, leave & license agreements,



and related real estate documentation.
Identify legal risks in property transactions and recommend mitigation strategies.
4. Contracts & Commercial Advisory
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, service agreements, and business arrangements.
Provide legal support to procurement, operations, sales, and other internal teams.
Standardize contract templates and improve contracting processes.
5. Cross-Functional Legal Support
Provide practical legal advice to business stakeholders on operational and strategic issues.
Assist leadership in decision-making by presenting legally sound, commercially viable solutions.
Support internal policy development and compliance initiatives.
Qualifications
LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
8–10 years of legal experience (law firm and/or in-house).
