About Us

Garg Alloys is a growing engineering and manufacturing company engaged in the production of construction and industrial hardware including TMT stirrups (rings), anchor bolts, U-bolts, stud bolts, threaded rods, rebar couplers, and structural fasteners. We are building a long-term manufacturing brand focused on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities from contractors, builders, construction companies, PEB manufacturers, fabricators, infrastructure companies, and industrial customers.
- Visit customer sites and develop long-term business relationships.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams.
- Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence regarding prices, competitors, and customer requirements.

Requirements:




- Graduate in any discipline (Diploma/Engineering preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, construction materials, steel, industrial products, hardware, or engineering products.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across Jharkhand and nearby states.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp Business.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
