Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering & Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
Build and optimize data integration workflows from multiple source systems.
Develop data models, data marts, and data warehouse solutions.
Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and governance across platforms.
Design solutions for structured and unstructured data processing.
Cloud & Big Data Technologies
Develop and manage data solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Work with big data technologies including Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, and Kafka.
Implement scalable and high-performance data processing frameworks.
Optimize cloud data storage and compute resources for cost and performance.
Database & Data Warehousing
Design and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases.
Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning solutions.
Work with enterprise data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, or BigQuery.
Implement data partitioning, indexing, and optimization techniques.
Data Governance & Quality




Establish and enforce data quality standards and validation processes.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alert mechanisms for data pipelines.
Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Data Architects, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and BI teams.
Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Support production deployments, incident management, and root cause analysis.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
Required Skills
Robust proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark.
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics, or equivalent cloud technologies.
Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and data integration tools.
Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
