Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented finance professional (Finance Controller & Compliance Manager) to independently manage and oversee accounting, bookkeeping, statutory compliance, vendor payments, and financial reporting functions.

The role includes managing transactions across multiple bank accounts and credit cards, centralizing invoices, maintaining Zoho Books, ensuring tax compliance, preparing management dashboards, and supporting auditors and tax consultants.





This position serves as the custodian of the company’s financial records and internal financial controls, working closely with management to ensure timely financial visibility and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in Zoho Books.
- Create and maintain vendor, customer, and payee records in Zoho Books and banking portals.
- Process approved weekly vendor payments and maintain payment records and schedules.
- Manage and reconcile company bank accounts and corporate credit cards.
- Ensure all invoices, receipts, payment proofs, and supporting financial documents are properly recorded and maintained.
- Maintain customer receivable records, monitor outstanding invoices, follow up on collections, and communicate payment updates and ETAs to vendors.
- Calculate and record applicable TDS deductions and support payment of statutory dues, including GST, TDS, Professional Tax, Income Tax, and Advance Tax.
