Position:Pilot Salesman - Bakery Division

Location: As per assigned territory

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail outlets and develop strong customer relationships.:
- Promote and sell the company's bakery products.:
- Generate new business and expand the customer base.:
- Ensure timely order booking and collection of payments.:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.:
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail counters.:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.:
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely deliveries.:
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain high service standards.:
- Submit daily sales reports and route plans to the reporting manager.

Eligibility:
- Minimum 10th/12th Pass (Graduate preferred).:
- Experience in FMCG/Bakery sales preferred.:
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.:
- Valid driving licence preferred.:




- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.:
- Honest, energetic, and target-oriented.
