The Role

As a SaaS Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle of BotPenguin’s AI-driven platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver scalable SaaS solutions that delight customers globally.

This is a high-impact role where you will shape the roadmap, drive innovation, and directly influence product growth, user adoption, and revenue outcomes.

What you need for this role
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 4-8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
- Product Skills:
- Strong experience in managing SaaS products from ideation to launch.
- Ability to define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.




- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and user experience.
- Familiarity with AI-driven or automation-based platforms is a plus.
- Tools & Platforms:
- Experience with product management tools like Jira, Notion, Trello, or similar.
- Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Metabase.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Leadership qualities with ownership-driven attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup setting.
