- Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and gather functional and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution designs, and test scenarios
- Support and/or lead system enhancements, integrations, and small-to-medium IT projects
- Coordinate with development teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners to deliver solutions
- Create, execute, and document test scripts; validate solutions against business requirements
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, change management processes, and security policies
- Document system configurations, processes,



and support procedures
- Provide user support, training, and knowledge transfer as required
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and user satisfaction

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Solid experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and specifications
- Proven ability to support and enhance complex IT systems and integrations
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or DevOps methodologies
- Experience creating and executing advanced test strategies and managing defect resolution
