About the Job:
Transparent Capital is India’s leading Fintech platform focused on Unlisted and Pre-IPO equity investments, built on the principles of radical truth, transparency, and data-driven decision-making. Headquartered in Mumbai, the company is scaling rapidly and is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive for Full-Time roles, with strong exposure to Fintech or financial services marketing.

This role is ideal for individuals who can independently drive organic lead generation, build structured funnels, and deliver consistent, high-quality leads without reliance on paid advertising budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive lead generation across digital channels.

2. Execute LinkedIn-first marketing and outreach strategies for investor and HNI leads

3. Build and optimize lead funnels using landing pages, forms, CRM, and WhatsApp workflows

4. Plan and publish finance-focused content (LinkedIn posts, reels, carousels, short videos)

5. Manage cold outreach, follow-ups, and lead qualification processes





6. Collaborate with sales, research, and leadership teams to improve lead quality and conversions

7. Track lead performance, funnel metrics, and defined KPIs

8. Continuously optimize content and outreach using engagement and conversion data

Qualifications & Skills
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or lead generation
- Proven ability to generate leads organically (no paid ads)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing, CRM tools, and content-driven funnels
- Understanding of investor mindset and financial product communication
- Strong communication skills with a disciplined, ownership-driven approach
