- Support managers and buddies throughout the onboarding journey: Day 1, first week, and Day 30-60-90 touchpoints.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date co-worker records in HR systems.
- Handle offboarding activities, including exit interviews, system updates, and co-worker queries.
- Support the planning, coordination, and documentation of learning and training activities.
