Key Role & Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate the selection process.
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and policies.
- Compliance & Statutory Requirements:
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Manage PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and other statutory obligations.
- Coordinate audits and maintain compliance-related documentation.




- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations & Performance Management:
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Foster a positive and productive work workplace.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development processes.
- Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Coordinate employee learning and development programs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- HR Reporting & Administration:
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS.
- Analyse workforce data and provide recommendations.
- Support management with HR-related insights and decision-making.
