Act as the L3 technical escalation point for complex macOS Workplace incidents, problems, and service requests.
Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune policies, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines for macOS devices.
Manage macOS lifecycle including Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP), provisioning, zero-touch deployment, and patch management.

Troubleshoot advanced macOS configuration, application compatibility, enrollment, compliance,



and policy-related issues.
Drive continuous service improvement through standardization, automation, scripting (Bash/Shell), and technical innovation.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Security teams, Workplace Leads, and other technical experts to improve service stability and user experience.
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational procedures while mentoring support teams.
Your Profile

5+ years of experience in Endpoint Engineering, Workplace Management, or Digital Workplace Services with a strong focus on macOS administration.
Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), compliance policies, Conditional Access, Autopilot concepts, and endpoint security management.
Strong experience with Apple ecosystem technologies including Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP), and Apple VPP.
