Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Design& Development - CAD Engineerto join our team with Experience of 7 To 8 years minimum

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for fabrication, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
- Translate concept designs into precise shop drawings for production and installation teams.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and fabricators to refine drawings and resolve design challenges.
- Maintain consistent file organization and version control of CAD documents.
- Ensure all drawings comply with manufacturing processes,



material specifications, and safety standards.
- Provide technical support to the production team throughout the fabrication process.
- Identify and recommend design improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in project meetings to align on scope, deadlines, and design intent.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar CAD software.
- 7 to 8 years of Experience in custom fabrication, scenic design, metalworking, carpentry, or exhibit construction.
- Strong understanding of material properties, fabrication techniques, and assembly methods.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across USA departments.
