Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and vendors
- Ensure site execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
- Handle procurement planning and material tracking
- Manage subcontractors and site workforce
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Conduct site meetings and resolve technical and operational issues
- Ensure timely project handover and client satisfaction

Key Requirements




- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture
- 5-10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, methods, and execution processes
- Experience in handling commercial, residential, or retail projects
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
- Positive understanding of drawings (AutoCAD, etc.)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per year
