About the Role We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Associate to join the team at The J Spot If you live and breathe marketing, love the live entertainment and comedy space, and want a hands-on role that can grow into a full time career, we want to meet you. We are looking for a driven individual who wants to prove themselves and take ownership with our core team.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
-Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging content (Reels, memes, stories, posts) that captures the vibe of our live shows and artists.
-Social Media Management: Help manage our social media presence, interact with our community, and jump on the latest trends to boost our reach.
-WhatsApp Marketing: Design and execute targeted WhatsApp broadcast campaigns to keep our audience updated on daily lineups and drive ticket sales.
-Offline & On-Ground Marketing: Drive local offline marketing efforts, manage promotional materials at the venue, and brainstorm grassroots strategies to ensure our shows are always packed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
