Job summary:

As our HR Assistant, you’ll be a key partner in helping to build a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging workplace. You’ll support recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations — but more importantly, you’ll help create moments that make employees feel seen, supported, and excited to be part of our team.

You’ll also play a meaningful role in our Workday processes and HR system implementation, helping us build a up-to-date, efficient, people‑first HR function.

Job Functions

What You’ll Do:

Talent & Recruiting Support

Help create a warm, positive candidate experience from first contact to final offer.
Support Talent Acquisition in job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and keeping candidates informed.
Support hiring managers with interview coordination and communication.
Help maintain recruiting workflows in Workday with accuracy and care.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

Help welcome new hires and help them feel connected from day one.
Help to prepare onboarding materials, coordinate orientation, and ensure new employees have what they need to thrive.
Help to set up employee profiles and process onboarding tasks in Workday.
Assist in supporting offboarding with empathy and professionalism.
