Role Description The Assistant Manager Delegate Sales is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai,



responsible for driving delegate participation and revenue for conferences, trainings, and other corporate events. On a day-to-day basis, this role identifies and researches target audiences, manages prospect databases, and conducts outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to convert leads into confirmed delegates. The position involves building relationships with decision makers, understanding their business needs, and positioning relevant events as high-value learning and networking platforms. The Assistant Manager Delegate Sales collaborates closely with marketing and operations teams to align messaging, track registrations, and ensure a seamless delegate experience before, during, and after events. The role also includes maintaining accurate sales reports, meeting sales targets, and representing the company professionally at events and client interactions.
