Role Description The Field Executive Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. The intern will support day-to-day field operations, including coordinating with vendors and partners, assisting with event setups, and helping manage exhibitor and client queries. Responsibilities may include collecting and organizing in office data, supporting promotional activities, ensuring smooth execution of scheduled events, and providing regular updates to the operations and marketing teams.



The role involves being present at venues, maintaining professional communication with stakeholders, and contributing to a seamless experience for exhibitors and visitors.
Qualifications
Ability to manage on-site tasks, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and support event operations effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with vendors, clients, and internal teams in a professional manner.
Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities during busy event days.
Comfort with field work, including being on your feet for extended periods and working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Interest in the wedding, events, or lifestyle industry; prior exposure to events or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in any field; willingness to learn and take initiative.
