Role Description The CA–GL & Stat role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of local GAAP(UK,EMEA) financial statements including roll forward schedules
Preparation of disclosures including PPE, Commitments, accruals, prepayments and other notes to financial statements
Prepare audit schedules for external and internal audits




Support audit requests and ensure appropriate documentation is received by auditors
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts including equity accounts.
Investigate reconciling items and coordinate timely resolution.
Maintain adherence to internal control standards (SOX) and PVH corporate policies.
CBS statistical information preparation
Oversight on VAT compliance/ plastic tax
Support income tax preparations
Support on quarter, month and year end work as required.
Assist in the review of journal entries, reconciliations, and other deliverables prepared by junior accountants or analysts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
5-8 years of relevant accounting experience. (statutory accounts preparation a plus)
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
CPA, CMA, CA or other advanced certifications preferred.
