I need one person who can own two things, hiring and management.

What you‘ll do:

- Finding talent is the main job. Editors, AI artists, designers, writers — you keep finding great people, all the time.
/n
- Manage the full hiring process — shortlisting, screening, test tasks.
/n
- Manage the team and delegate projects to the right person.
/n
- Follow up on execution so work gets delivered on time.
/n
- Deal directly with creators and freelancers, and get work done.
/n




- Assist me with day-to-day business operations.
/n
