Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments.
- Track key performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop ad creatives.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising trends and platform updates.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.




- Knowledge of lead generation, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
