Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver age-appropriate and engaging lessons.
Teach subjects according to the prescribed ICSE curriculum.
Develop worksheets, activities, projects, and assessments.
Encourage active and experiential learning.
Monitor student progress and maintain academic records.
Provide individual attention and support to students as required.
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning setting.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
Participate in school events, projects, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.
Collaborate with colleagues for academic planning and activities.
Support students' social, emotional, and overall development.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate Degree in a relevant subject from a recognised university.
B.Ed. is mandatory.
Relevant experience in Primary School teaching preferred.
ICSE curriculum experience will be an advantage.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for working with young learners.
