Role & responsibilities
- Perform analysis using HPLC (Waters and Shimadzu) and other laboratory instruments as per approved methods.
- Operate and calibrate HPLC systems.
- Follow Positive Chromatographic Practices and chromatographic integration guidelines.
- Maintain chromatographic columns as per established procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Data Integrity, Ethical Conduct, cGMP, and Quality Manual requirements.
- Maintain accurate records as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Handle chromatography software(Chromeleon), including electronic signatures and automated calculations.
- Complete assigned training through E-LMS and maintain training compliance.
- Follow health, hygiene, personal practice, and facility entry/exit procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

To perform analytical testing and operate laboratory instruments in compliance with cGMP, Data Integrity, GDP and approved laboratory procedures.

Qualification:
M.Sc. Chemistry

Experience:
3-6 years
