Role & responsibilities
- 10+ years in Infrastructure/Platform Engineering with leadership experience.
- Strong cloud expertise (OCI/AWS/Azure/GCP) and infrastructure cost optimisation.
- Experience building and scaling engineering teams.
- Knowledge of HA/DR, databases, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident management.
- Hands-on experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA compliance, audits, and VAPT.
- Experience supporting customer-managed/on-premise environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred candidate profile
- Hands-on experience with on-premises virtualization platforms (VMware or equivalent) for client-side deployments and upgrades
- Experience delivering through implementation and channel partners, holding them to your standards rather than hoping for the best
- Exposure to contact center, enterprise SaaS or knowledge management product domains
- Experience building or scaling an intern or trainee bench model
- Comfortable in an workplace that is mostly container-based but not heavy on Kubernetes
