Head – People & Culture | Ahmedabad

At World Digital Ventures, we're building an integrated commerce ecosystem through
WOGOM (Marketplace), WOFI (Financing) and Brandverse (Branding & Distribution)
. As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a Head – People & Culture who will help build the organization—not just the HR function.

This is not a conventional HR leadership role. You'll work directly with the Founders to shape organizational design, build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability, drive employer branding, and create a culture where ownership, speed, and excellence become the norm. Your impact will influence business outcomes as much as people outcomes.

We're looking for someone with
8–12 years of HR experience
, including
leadership experience in quick-growing startups, marketplaces, fintech, e-commerce, NBFC, consumer businesses, or similar high-growth environments
. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making,



and the ability to build scalable people systems are essential.
