Role Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. You will collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions aligned with our enterprise IT strategy.
Your Tasks:
Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Develop and extend CRM functionalities using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform
Build and maintain workflows, plugins, custom entities, and business rules
Implement and support integrations with external systems (e.g. SAP S4HANA, Azure services, APIs)
Analyze,
troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for 3rd-level support
Support system releases, upgrades, and platform updates
Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Product Owners, and business stakeholders
Create and maintain technical documentation and solution designs
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection standards
Your Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years’ experience as a Technical Consultant or Developer in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 setting
Strong hands-on experience with:
Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.)
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
C#, .NET, JavaScript
Familiarity with Azure integrations (Logic Apps, security concepts, and provisioning)
Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
